Before You Book
Will my manufacturer warranty still be valid if you service my car?
Yes. Under the Block Exemption Regulation, having your car serviced at an independent garage using OEM-spec parts and schedules does not void your manufacturer warranty.
Do you offer a courtesy car or waiting area?
We offer a waiting area with refreshments for shorter jobs like MOT testing. For major servicing, we recommend a drop-off appointment — ask our Workshop Desk about local transport options when you book.
What happens if you find an additional fault during servicing?
We will never carry out extra work without contacting you first. You will receive a photo and fixed price for approval before anything beyond the original booking is actioned.
How far in advance should I book an MOT?
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks before your MOT is due. You can book up to a month early without losing any time on your current certificate.
